Camping at Dilli Village, our home for 20 years

Sunrover's Fraser Island (K'Gari) base camp sits at the Research and Learning Centre in Dilli Village on the Eastern Surf Beach. It has been our base camp for the past 20 years, with modern amenities — hot showers, environmentally friendly loos and a grassed campsite on Govi Creek.

The site is fully dingo fenced with good lighting and an on-site camp manager, so you can relax and enjoy your campfire of an evening. Sunrover is one of few operators that still offers marshmallows around the fire.

Dilli Beach Camp is also the start of the Fraser Island Great Walk, with Lake Boomanjin — the world's largest perched lake — only a short hike away.
