Snorkelling the Tangalooma Wrecks

The Tangalooma Shipwrecks on Moreton Island (Mulgumpin) are one of South East Queensland's great snorkelling sites. Our guides record wildlife sightings on every trip: green sea turtles (94% of tours, all year), dolphins (80%), stingray and manta ray (88%), fish, coral, crabs and lobster (95%), sea eagles and hawks (70%), schooling tuna and mackerel (90%) and pelicans (100%).
All snorkel and kayak gear is included, along with full instruction. If you would rather stay dry, transparent kayaks let you paddle over the wrecks instead.
The day continues south through the forest sand tracks to the desert sand hills for a fully guided sandboarding session, then a picnic lunch overlooking the wrecks, the Glasshouse Mountains and Moreton Bay Marine Park.
